Here’s a collection of recipes I use in my daily life. Most of them aren’t too fancy, they’re the kind of meals I don’t mind cooking on a regular basis.
Everything is vegan. “Milk” means unspecified plant milk, and “butter” means vegan butter (i.e., some sort of margarine). Pick brands that taste great for the best results.
Salt, pepper and cooking oil are assumed to be on hand, and are not always explicitly specified in the recipes.
