- 2 large slices of bread, cut in 1/2 cm slices
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1 tbsp oil
- provencal herbs
In a hot pan, fry the zucchini slices in vegetable oil, seasoned with salt and provencal herbs. Cook until soft.
Toast the slices of bread, then spread with hummus and top them with the fried zucchini slices.
